5.What rights you have in relation to the processing we carry out
In connection with the personal data we process about you, you have specific legal rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Right of access to your personal data:
You can request information from us regarding the personal data we process about you. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data. If you request additional copies, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
You also have the right to obtain information about the safeguards we use when transferring your personal data to a country outside the EU and EEA, if you request confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and whether we transfer it to such a country.
Right to rectification:
If any information we hold about you is (or becomes) inaccurate, you can request its correction. If your personal data is incomplete, you may request that it be completed.
Right to restriction of processing:
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if:
a) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data;
b) the processing is unlawful and you request the restriction of use instead of erasure;
c) we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or
d) you object to the processing pending verification of whether our legitimate grounds override yours.
Right to data portability:
You have the right to receive your personal data (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) that you have provided to us, and, where technically feasible, the right to have that data transmitted to another controller, if:
a) we process your personal data by automated means;
b) the processing is based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party;
c) you have provided your personal data to us; and
d) exercising your right to data portability does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten):
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data that we process about you. We are obliged to comply with this request, except when the processing is necessary for:
a) exercising the right to freedom of expression and information;
b) compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which we are subject;
c) archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes; or
d) the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to object:
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons relating to your particular situation, provided that the processing is not based on your consent but on our legitimate interest or the legitimate interest of a third party. In such cases, we must stop processing your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If you object to the processing, please specify whether you also request the deletion of your personal data; otherwise, we will only restrict the processing.
